- Certified Buyer Representation (CBR)-representing the interest of the prospective buyer as her or his representative (fiduciary)
- Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES)-addressing the unique housing needs and options of maturing adults and their families
- Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR)-to help sellers maneuver the complexities of short sales and as well as help buyers pursue short sale and foreclosure properties
- FHA 203K Specialist-help prospective home buyers and current homeowners with the financing of home improvements and repairs thru FHA 203K financing
- I am also a Certified HUD Foreclosure Broker, and would be happy to help with any Hud home foreclosure purchase.
